What?

proActive outdoor boot camps are designed to provide a high intensity, full body workout, burn fat and increase your fitness levels.

We cater for all abilities so you can go at your own pace but still have the motivation of working within a group of others who are pushing themselves.

When?

Tuesdays @ 12.30pm

30-minute session – get your lunchtime fitness blast!

Fridays @ 9.30am

45-minute session – boost your energy levels ahead of the weekend!

Where?

On the netball court at Kings College Sports Ground, Windsor Avenue, New Malden, KT3 5HA.

No mud, no passers by!

How much?

£49 for 49 credits.

Credits can be redeemed against either session, allowing you to mix and match sessions as you choose each week.

Tuesday = 30 mins = 6 credits

Friday = 45 mins = 7 credits
